Member Rewards and VIP Program

 

Our customers are very important to us at Leader Joy Montessori USA. We have created two money saving programs as our way of saying THANK YOU for choosing us as your Montessori materials supplier. The two programs are the STAR Membership and the VIP Membership.


Star Membership


Membership is easy. Start by registering online at leaderjoyusa.com. Earn Reward Points with every qualifying online purchase. For example, if you spend $100 before taxes and shipping, you earn 100 Reward Points. As a Star Member you will also receive the following benefits:
 

- 100 FREE Reward Points when you register (applicable towards first order).
 

  - 1 Reward Point for every dollar you spend at our online store. (www.leaderjoyusa.com)
 

  - 50 Reward Points for writing a product review approved by us.
 

- 100 Reward Points for every friend you refer to our online store who makes a purchase.
 

- 1 point for every dollar your referral spends on their first purchase at our online store.


VIP Program


At Leader Joy Montessori we are very excited about our VIP  program and believe you will be excited too! To qualify for the VIP Membership you must register online and use 5000 points to redeem an annual VIP membership.
 

As a VIP Member you will receive the same benefits as a Star, but your Reward Points are Doubled; you earn 2 Points for every dollar you spent at our online store instead of the 1 Reward Point earned in the STAR Membership (doesn’t include tax and shipping).  As a VIP Member you will also receive the following benefits:
 

  • FREE SHIPPING on one purchase order of your choice within the 12 months of your VIP Membership. Please note that the free shipping does not apply to Furniture.   

  • Have missing pieces in your classroom? Leader Joy will give you a one time voucher with a value up to $100 to use toward the replacement of a missing parts or pieces. Please go to the Spare Parts section on our homepage to select what you need. The $100 voucher cannot be applied to the shipping and handling charges.

WHAT IF I LOOSE TRACK OF HOW MANY POINTS I HAVE EARNED?


When you log into your account, the points that you have accumulated will be available for you to be viewed from every confirmed shipment.


HOW DO I REDEEM MY REWARD POINTS?


When you place your order online, you will be given the option to apply the Points that you have earned toward that purchase. You determine when and how you want to use the Reward Points.


HOW MUCH ARE THE REWARD POINTS WORTH?


You can redeem 500 Points for $5.00 credit toward any purchase. Items that are approved for return will decrease your points accordingly.


ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS?


Your Reward Points constitute up to 100% on any purchases at the checkout before taxes, shipping fees are applied, if you want to use 5000 of your Reward Points you receive a $50.00 discount on your purchase.


IS THERE ANY COST ASSICIATED WITH REGISTERING AND PARTICIPATING IN THE LEADER JOY MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMS?


No. There are no hidden fees involved, registration is voluntary and FREE to all that enroll in the STAR Membership. The VIP Membership requires an annual fee of $50. You can also use 5000 points to redeem an annual VIP Membership.


HOW ARE MY POINTS APPLIED TO MY ACCOUNT?


- 100 Points are applied to your account after you have registered online
 

- Purchase Points are applied to your account after an order has been completely shipped and delivered.
 

- Referral Points are applied to your account after your friend has set up an account with us, successfully placed an order with us online and the first order has been shipped and delivered.
 

- Product Review Points are applied to your account after our staff approves your review.


TERMS AND CONDITIONS


Leader Joy Memberships and Rewards Programs are void where prohibited by law. We at Leader Joy reserve the right to modify or cancel the Memberships and Rewards Programs at any time without cause or notice. Reward Points have no cash value and are not redeemable on all previous orders. Reward Points are transferable and do not expire. VIP Memberships expire 12 months after initial registration. If in the event that Leader Joy USA or its associates discovers the intent or abuse of the privileges of the Memberships and Rewards Programs, we at Leader Joy have the right to suspend or cancel a membership at any time without cause or notice.
