Safety is as important to us as it is to you.  At Leader Joy USA, we are fully committed to working with reputable businesses who stand behind the safety of their items.

We only consider items with safe, non-toxic contents and finishes. Of course, adult discretion and supervision are necessary when children are using items that are breakable, sharp, or contain small parts which could pose a hazard to young children.

Leader Joy USA is in compliance with the CPSIA (HR4040) In accordance with CPSIA HR4040 regulation any manufacturers, importers, distributors, and retailers guarantee that the products purchased for your children and students possess legally-limited lead quantities and assure you of child toy safety. If your current supplier is not aware of such law, cannot supply you the proof of conformity to such law, or meet the standards of third-party testing, they will no longer be allowed to import or sell their products in the U.S. market, thus affecting you directly.

Product safety has always been our top priority, and we enforce the strictest safety standards at our own factory and upon our suppliers.
